Exceptional, fast and courteous service. Everyone involved is very knowledgeable about the store and the materials, and does not hesitate on their own to offer advice or ask me if I need help finding an item. This store far exceeds all other home centers I've seen, including other Home Depots in the area.
Even though this store in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu is smaller than the others, for me it is the biggest store of all because of the incredible service, and it has always made it my first choice.

“It's not easy to unpack a piece of furniture alone, he leaves everything with you and leaves without taking the boxes, at least unpacking and taking back the boxes would have been greatly appreciated. I had to do it alone and it wasn't easy for me :(”

“Called before heading out there and received good customer service from person who responded. Order was placed aside at cash for me to pick up and was there when I arrived. When I noticed something else similar that suited me, salesperson gladly removed original item with a smile. No muss, no fuss!And to add, person greeting us at the door had a friendly smile. Was it the fact that stores were now allowed to be opened thru government Covid decree, we'll never know. Just hope it remains as such!”
