“All the staff are exceptionally kind. Impeccable service. I would particularly like to offer my gratitude to the pharmacists who are always of great help to my family and especially to my elderly mother. Last weekend, I needed advice for my mother who was ill and the one (JP) who was there reassured me and gave me all the information so that I could ensure that she finds some comfort. They take the time to communicate by phone and follow up with their customers. WoW! ????”

“J'ai eu la chance de rencontrer un des propriétaires. Un chic type comme il s'en fait tres peu ! Le genre qui te donne le gout de fidélité ! Son personnel est professionnel et courtois .C'est pas le cas des autres grosses bannières de cap rouge qui me refuse l'approvisionnement de mon médicaments ! Pas tres conforme avec les objectifs pharmaceutiques ! Merci !”

“I have never had a problem at this pharmacy. Don't forget the expression that says that the clothes make the monk and think of a way to present yourself without arousing suspicion because sometimes certain young people, depending on their appearance or their behavior and grouped with backpacks can actually have bad ideas in mind. And be provocative. If the employees were rude, it is certainly regrettable but you have to see why this happens, which can avoid humiliation. The fault is rarely on just one side.”

“Great customer service, both at the counter and in the lab. The only small problem since the pandemic: in the laboratory, we are systematically offered to pick up our medication the next day. It must be justified that it is needed the same day so that it can be prepared when submitting the prescription. It's a difficult strategy to understand when you see the number of employees in the lab and the robots that count the pills...”

“I would like to point out that the pharmacist, whose name I do not know, gave me a proud service. She was able to provide a diagnosis that saved me from developing shingles. In fact, I had redness on my chest. She immediately provided me with the medicine appropriate as well as the ointment. It's fantastic not to have to go to a clinic without an appointment because, if I had waited one more day, it would probably have been too late. It was in the spring, she is not part of the regular staff.”
