“We have been customers of this pharmacy since our arrival in Lévis (22 years) and we have always been very satisfied. Recently, my partner had a major health problem and had to go to the emergency room twice. Unfortunately, it seems that at the Hôtel Dieu in Lévis we don't really care about the health of patients... I can confirm that for the pharmacist (Lucie), it's quite the opposite! By asking questions about my partner's state of health, she realized that her condition deserved rigorous monitoring. As of today, Lucie has contacted us 4 times to check her state of health and today, on leave, she communicated with us again from home... It's what we call having customer care. However, it should have been the hospital staff who were so worried about his health; not the pharmacist! This is truly above and beyond what we expected in terms of service from our pharmacy staff!
