I was so surprised when the owner got up and came to see me (he was between serving 2 customers). He asked what I was in for and then had an agent take my name and number and account number. They said they would look into my questions/options and find me the best solution. Then said I could leave and that they would call me with the progress. This saved me waiting and when they called me a day or two later, they were able to change everything to what I needed and find me more discounts. In my opinion this service went above and beyond!
