“The best shoe-shopping experience I've ever had!! I have a bit of a shopping phobia, but the employee was so kind and helpful. She understood my needs and my energy, provided fantastic advice for shoe options, and made me feel comfortable being there. I ended up buying two pairs, with no regrets! I wish I had the employee's name (young lady) so that her boss would give her praise and a raise - we were there on 12 July, around 11h30.”
