“I brought in my newly bought and scratched up Tacoma to get polished last week and I was greeted by Ryan, the OCD demi-god polish expert guy. He did a test spot on my truck and gave me a more than reasonable quote that l I gladly accepted. Little did I know I was about to experience the best customer service of my life (it’s all downhill from here).
All along, Ryan kept me updated of his tedious process of bringing my car back to life. Saying he went the extra mile would be lying to you : he went the extra around the globe.
From measuring paint depths, to incorporating wet sanding, to removing door handles, to doing extra work (ex: polishing my headlights without me asking), this experience kept surprising me every step of the way.
The work he did with the attention to detail he put forward would have EASILY cost me twice as much elsewhere and I doubt anyone else could have done as much of a good job.
I’ll ad a picture of the polishing process he sent me to show you just how good of a job he did.

You would be lucky if you can call them friends, these people are something else. Been going there for three years now, they go out of there way to help you, very honest people, they won’t over charge you or charge you at times if they feel it’s not fair, they would take in your car in the same day if you must even if they are over booked for weeks just to help you. “I hit the guard rail that had been previously damaged and was sticking out into the road across the street exiting another business. I ripped the bottom of my back passenger door and ripped open the back tire of a brand new vehicle. I needed to replace my tire immediately as I was 8 months pregnant with twins. These owners were incredibly kind and helpful. They didn’t have any tires to match what I needed but went above and beyond to help me get a tow truck to a different garage and get the tire I needed before the end of the day. They let me wait in their office area and gave me water and took time to chat with me and keep me calm. Absolutely wonderful humans! Thank you!!”
