“A department store done right. Good selection at the fast fashion and high end with everything in between. Suits for men with a mid range cost/quality. Linen and drapery on the mezzanine. Great place to find a gift, especially with the iconic green boxes during Christmas season.”

It's a real pleasure for me to enter the store to discover new items.? Brand items at reasonable prices. The wait at the checkouts is quite quick even if there are a lot of people.
At Place Versailles, they are the only ones to have a decoration section. What I deplore ? is that the other Winners stores in Montreal (downtown in the west) only have the clothing section. I rarely go there for clothes. I just hope they find a new location when Place Versailles is demolished. I would be very disappointed to lose my favorite place for decoration. ?”

“Always a good place to shop for inexpensive items, chocolate bars, chips, Birthday cards and so much more! There's a lot of junk here but also everyday products we all need like candles, soap, brushes, cookware and most of them are much cheaper than in other stores. I often stock up on an excellent French chocolate bar, 74% cocoa, 100 grams for $1.75! Other healthier food products are also available at amazing prices. Inexpensive toys for kids, arts and crafts materials, cosmetics, you name it. If you're a snob, don't bother going, but you'll be missing out on the fun of treasure hunting here.”

You really find everything there. I admit that this is the department that interests me the most when I shop here and I often come home with a little something new! Because if there is one element that sets Marshalls apart from its competitors, it is the prices: often very reasonable, lower than the competition. All the same, I must admit, on a few occasions, I had more or less pleasant experiences with clerks (especially the time when I was made to wait around twenty minutes simply to find out the price of 'an item). The gentleman who greets me is the manager on duty I believe, and his name is Shaun Buckley. I'm a little stuck with time and submit a group lottery form to Mr. Buckley. He answered me: "You know that we don't do a personalized group formula for customers as such? I mentioned to him that it's a service offering that Loto Québec offers to its customers, and that also , is it a disconcerting operation to activate the terminal? What follows is a rather virile exchange. To this end, I must admit that I had a slightly belligerent tone unlike that of Mr. Buckley who was polite, respectful, courteous. & professional, despite the situation. People in control capable of managing situations with sometimes aggressive customers with often virulent comments. The Duchemin IGA family can be proud to have in their team a man capable of letting his emotions go. in the locker room and being able to rationalize your thoughts in store with customers Finally, I simply wanted to highlight what we no longer see these days: competent people.
