“A dealership is defined by its representatives: MBWI has the best; "Michael Too"In September 2023, I walked into WIMB after visiting Porsche across the street to see if Mercedes Benz had finally caught on to the digital world with touch screens, etc. I discovered that it did and in a big way, catching up from years of slow progress with a cabin that is unrivaled in its beauty and functionality.I was particularly lucky to be assigned Michael Too as a representative. Through that first visit, and 2 following ones, I ended up purchasing my 2024 GLC 300 and driving out with it yesterday. I have to say I have never met a more knowledgeable and courteous representative. Mr. Too is patient, explains things clearly, and makes excellent suggestions with no pressure. By the time I drove off, I had 3 test runs, a memorable car unveiling that I videotaped, and a one-hour tutorial, with hands-on experience, on all the intricate features of that completely reworked model. No one had ever done this for me in such a thorough way. He even asked me to drop by after a few days of driving as I may have additional questions: I have none after his explanations. In summary, Mercedes Benz West Island is fortunate to have Mr. Too on its staff as he is the very definition of excellence. Kudos.I would also like to commend the superb services of Mr. Atif Muhammad who guided me smoothly, in person and by phone, through the additional warranties available and made it easy to make the proper choices. He also sent me brief and to-the-point descriptions of each of the warranties I selected that I now keep handy on my iPhone Notes.”
