I ‘’dropped ‘’’into this branch without an appointment , with very difficult time constraints and with a major complex problem on my hands. For the very first time , my wallet was pickpocketed from my purse - while loading the groceries with my Mother’s food order. Into the trunk of my car.

Vicki K.was the consummate professional with me . She had to assure my identity and then had to proceed with -as per the bank’s protocol -understandably to ask many questions and complete many forms.Vicki K. Completed everything meticulously and with genuine compassion and grace. Her manager, Nina M. Joined the mtg to assure that everything that was completed complied with the legal protrocol of the National Bank. Nina M.Was so very refined and uber helpful while showing genuine caring and support. Finally, Olivier helped us wizard thru the tech issues needed to complete the registration of the forms etc.

It is so exceptional to encounter professionals who are so willing to give so generously and competently of their time to any client but what makes it more extraordinary -I am not a client at that particular branch.

Although the theft of my wallet was beyond upsetting, these two professionals shifted the paradigm of this dark experience to one of being truly inspirational by their humanity and competence . I have worked in the West Island professionally for decades and i look forward o sharing this story with colleagues and friends.”
