“Very accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous staff. Often nowadays where you have many "younger" staff in customer facing roles, the service can be lackluster and they often give off the vibe that they don't want to be there or enjoy their jobs. I have to say everyone there was extremely kind and accommodating and truly made me feel appreciated. I observed the same thing when they were dealing with other customers. Kudos to the employees at this location in
DOLLARD-DES-ORMEAUX, QC. I wish I remembered their names but from the gentleman who drove me to the body shop to pick up my car, to the two gentlemen that assisted me with my cars (had to swap after a day due maintenance warning light), one was in training and had a constant smile on his face to the young lady who seemed to be doing it all, it was textbook customer service and delivery!”

“I have never posted a review about a car rental site. But JEYA of the YUL National Car Rental site deserves one. I arrived into YUL after a 5 hour delay late at night. The counter was closed but Jeya saw me and escorted me to the kiosk in the parking garage. He took my info and had a car ready for me within 5 mins. He had a very friendly demeanor and I appreciated his excellent customer service after a very long day spent mostly at three different airports. Thank you Jeya!
