    “I have been with Elegante Forme for a few years now and I cannot say enough about the customer service I receive. Each visit I am shown how my lymphedema on my left arm and Edema on my breast have been reduced by the proper sleeves and compression bras that were recommended. I have always left there feeling confident and hopeful that I can still feel like a woman inspite of what cancer has done to my body. I am always greeted with a smile and I am treated like a queen with so much kindness and patience and honest opinions. Suggestions have been made and Pauline has never steered me into the wrong direction. RAMQ covers part of my purchases and when I’m told it will take this much time it’s all done on point. We waited over 10 minutes, clearly visible, while the cashier on duty saw us but completely ignored us. She acted as if she was busy with another client and eventually came over only to say “Sorry, I have this client” and moved us away instead of helping. I was extremely frustrated and took our items to another cashier in the home section because the interaction had really upset me. That’s when everything changed. We met Nada, and she was absolutely outstanding. Her professionalism, kindness, and warm attitude instantly turned our negative experience into a wonderful one. She made us feel like the customer truly comes first — something I honestly appreciated so much at that moment.
