“Yesterday around 2:00 PM, my wife and I went to Simons to shop. After picking up a few items, we headed to a cashier located in the tights and socks section. We waited over 10 minutes, clearly visible, while the cashier on duty saw us but completely ignored us. She acted as if she was busy with another client and eventually came over only to say “Sorry, I have this client” and moved us away instead of helping.
I was extremely frustrated and took our items to another cashier in the home section because the interaction had really upset me.
That’s when everything changed.
We met Nada, and she was absolutely outstanding. Her professionalism, kindness, and warm attitude instantly turned our negative experience into a wonderful one. She made us feel like the customer truly comes first — something I honestly appreciated so much at that moment.
She even went the extra mile to check our account, found a $14 expired coupon, reactivated it for us, and applied it to our purchase. Her service transformed our mood from frustrated to grateful.
If anyone at Simons reads this: Please recognize Nada. She truly deserves a promotion or higher position. Employees like her are rare — she is exactly the kind of person who elevates the customer experience and represents your brand in the best way possible.

“I had a wonderful experience at this location yesterday, and it is all thanks to Heidi, the incredible sales representative who happened to be there. I had an hour and a half to get to a gala, and I desperately needed a dress for it. I had been to many other stores in the Fairview mall, but had found nothing. When Heidi saw me, she immediately greeted me with a smile and asked me if I needed help. Heidi immediately set me up in a dressing room, and brought me 4 dresses, all in my size. One of those dresses was the perfect fit, the perfect colour, and within 15 minutes, I had my solution. I write this not only to thank Heidi profusely for knowing exactly what I needed - I also write this to make a point about the art of being helpful. It is so rare that we find this kind of help in stores these days. Heidi made ALL the difference, not only for me, but for the Banana Republic brand as a whole. Thank you Heidi.
