    “Was recommended by a friend. Went in hoping to find a basic full suit ready and available within the next 4 days. Easy to say they exceeded my expectations. The gentleman (who I assume is the owner) took me through each step in picking the right suit for me and offered me many options. He was very patient with my lack of knowledge and efficient in finding the perfect suit that fitted my exact needs (all while keeping good humour and small talk). Price was more than reasonable and even if my budget was higher or lower, they have options for all. Whether you’re looking for a first introductory suit or for a top end luxury suit, they have you covered with their vast knowledge and options. I could not recommend this place more. I would most definitely come again if I had to get another suit.”

    “I went to Fairview on Sunday to shop for my kids’ new wardrobe. As a mom of four, I usually put myself last, but I decided to treat myself to a pair of sweatpants that were listed at $30. I didn’t grab them right away, but an hour later I went back to spoil myself a little. When I got to the cash, the associate—her name was Darleen—told me the sweatpants were actually on sale online and offered to price match them. Not only that, she helped me price match my entire purchase, and I ended up saving over $60!!! I was SO happy. We were even chatting about how tough things are these days with the economy, and it was just so refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about her customers. I’ve worked in retail before, and honestly, customer service isn’t what it used to be. So coming across someone like Darleen really made my day. I left feeling happy, taken care of, and grateful I saved money too! I’ll definitely be going back to Old Navy for future purchases. Keep up the amazing work, Darleen—your kindness and heart truly make a difference!”
