“I’ve been at 30 Minute Hit for a year now and I truly see a difference. I originally joined for my mental health and stress, and it’s become my safe outlet to release everything. As a hijabi, having a women’s-only gym makes me feel so comfortable and confident. The best part is definitely the staff , they are incredibly caring. They remember your routine, what you’re working on, and what you want to improve. They genuinely look out for you, correct your form, and make sure you’re training safely (which I need because I injure myself often ?). 30 Minute Hit has become a community for me, not just a workout. I 100% recommend it if you’re looking for a supportive, friendly, and empowering environment.”

“I’ve had many trainers growing up playing competitive sports and I can truly say Marv has been the best!! He has a deep understanding of what it means to be great and push yourself. Marv really cares about his athletes’ success and will get just as excited when you reach your goals! He’s helped me get to that next level in my game. Also love his gym, it’s very clean and private and allows me to get in the extra reps outside of my regular training as well. Highly recommend for young athletes!!”

Recovering from 2 full knee replacement the owners Robyn and Shawn, and all the trainers went above and beyond to adapt the workout to my specific limitations and adjusted them as my mobility approved.”

“I met Pedro one day while I was out in nature and saw him swimming in the river with incredible skill. My curiosity led me to start a small conversation with him, and I discovered that he’s a swimming coach. That immediately sparked my interest in learning how to swim better in rivers and seas.

Even though I already knew how to swim, the moment I started my classes with Pedro, my swimming improved dramatically. He’s patient, professional, and truly passionate about teaching.

“In a moment of panic for my stranded daughter at 1:15am, I called the gym that was minutes away from her location to see if someone could go help her change a spare tire. It’s -30 Celsius and the tow truck drivers were telling me it would be approximately 3 hours wait time. So I searched to see if there were any businesses open 24/7 nearby and decided to call the gym for help. JOVEN AMPANIA answered the phone and came to the rescue! He was there within minutes to help my 17 yr old daughter and her friends by putting on a spare tire so that they can get back to Ottawa. He didn’t even want any money from her! If that’s the kind of staff that work there, I believe that this is a gym worthy of support. Thank you ?? ?”
