Waited almost 2 hours to get our car. Super long line and only 1 or 2 people available to help at the desk. Staff was friendly despite their stress from being short staffed. Finally got our car and had to exchange cause it had engine light on. By the time we were finally on our way, we were delayed over 2 hours!

We lost a small bag on the vehicle. They sent the suv back from parking lot and returned the bag! Thx a lot!

Arrived 5 hours late for our flight due to flooding in Montreal.
Show up at reception and tell us that our vehicle is not available...? but we were very well received! We were served in 15 minutes and as a bonus upgraded. 7-seater vehicle. Great when visiting family. Thank you ?
