“staff are very helpful on phone. had an issue and had to replace an item and they took care of it and even gave me praise for being deaf and such. it was a great experience. i even bought a oceans 12 pedal to like say thank you to them. pedal obviously amazing and game packaged like true pros who care about gear as much as they do people.”
