“I’d love to give a special shout-out to karim at Bang & Olufsen / Kebecson for the incredible service he provided. Not only did he go above and beyond my expectations in helping with my product needs, but he also took the time to honestly share his knowledge and experience regarding potential future upgrades and what would best suit my needs. What truly stood out was his focus on customer experience and finding solutions rather than simply making a sale. He was able to provide an outstanding solution with an impressive turnaround time. What an amazing experience all around. This little gem, hidden in a charming setting, is a fantastic representation of the brand and what exceptional service should look like. Thank you, Karim, for such an outstanding experience. I am truly grateful. Victor”

200 Bd D'Anjou Suite 128, Châteauguay QC J6K 4B8
“My partner, myself and several family members have often purchased cell phones, accessories, electronic devices at this location and we have never had any problems! The gentlemen are friendly and answer our questions to the best of their knowledge. I read the bad comments and I don't understand.. when we come home, they ask us what we are looking for, show us what is available, the prices, it has already happened that I bought the wrong thread , I returned it, exchanged it without problems, from our experience, never had anything defective, if that happened, I don't think there would be any problems. When purchasing screen protectors, he installed them at our request, without charging extra for the service, so we have always had very good customer service and when we compare the prices, we find them very reasonable! In relation to a negative comment saying that the owner resells more than he pays.. IF the price is similar to other stores, but often he sells a few dollars less it seems to me, I don't see where the problem, no store sells us items at cost (what it costs them)... that's how they make a little profit.. especially an independent store like him, he needs to make some sales and profit to pay for your premises.. Working with the public is not always easy, people are difficult to please sometimes.. We thank you!”

“I was referred to this store by a friend, and I was looking for a 24-inch stove. I am glad I found a Frigidaire stove here. It was a verygood find, and it was promptly delivered as promised. I realized later that the bulb was missing from the oven. I informed the owner, Mr. Largi, who came home in person to replace the bulb! Extraordinary customer service during times when after-sales service just does not exist anymore. I would recommend this store to anyone who has a budget and is looking for appliances in good condition. Many thanks, Mr. Largi!”

“We had a great service experience. Joseph was super helpful, and had a very good conversation about life. We brought a vintage turntable which needed some love. Joseph kept us updated on what it needed and its cost. We will definitely recommend and come back. We very much support a business that believes in caring, maintaining and repairing, rather than throw away and buy new.”
