“I had an amazing experience with this location. I booked a one way truck to cross US boarder. It had to happen that day exactly. The day before, they send me an email and change my pick up location to st zotique. I arrive there at 9:10am and the lady at the gas station doesnt speak a word in english. We tried to use our international data to pick up the truck and doesnt work because it was too slow. We asked for the wifi and she says they dont have it. We drove all the way to this location and the blond lady at the desk and Matthew were so so so nice to us that they went beyond to help us pick up the truck. We had to go back to st zotique. But the fact that we were able to get the truck was such a relief! Thank you so much! We drove 2,000km in two days from Montreal to Minneapolis, US.”

“Hello everyone! All I have to say is great customer service!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The employee at the counter was just amazing ? !!! I went there to rent a truck on the day of my move and was very worried that there wouldn't be able to find any trucks available. The employee reassured me and I was able to calm down after a very disgusting experience I had with discount in Chateauguay. I was able to have an estimate of how much it would cost me and even with the extra charge (little over 6 hours) cost me less than 100$!!! I highly recommend renting from U-HAUL!!!”

“I had such a stressful day having to move my sectional couch from U-Haul Storage to Public Storage. I was paying duplicate fees and so stressed out. The gentlemen at the counter were so nice to me and tried to facilitate everything. I got the right size truck, the man provided me a dolly to move my couch and he refunded my fees given that I am not using my unit for the month of October. He easily made my day so much better. Thank you for your excellent customer service and improving a day that was very difficult and stressful for me and my mom ♥️ Whenever I need a truck, it's always available and I've rented a truck from this location at least 3 times now”

I originally made the on line reservation at 3237 Boulevard Des Sources Dollard-des-ormeaux, QC H9B 1Z6 location, i didn't get his name unfortunately, he went out of way to accommodate me with a truck at the dorval location because they did not have a truck available.”
