“This outlet usually has a wide variety of excellent wines & spirits to select from. The SAQ App also makes it easy to know that a favorite product is in stock. Staff are always available and several are very knowledgeable about the products carried. Particularly if they have personally tried a wine you’re interested in trying for the first time. Disappointed when one (1) particular US wine continues to be out of stock when it is always plentiful at the LCBO in Toronto.”

“Very limited selection, esp. of cellier wines, but still a decent neighbourhood wine store if you're not looking for something out of the ordinary. Staff isn't super-friendly or useful, but if you're just looking for a good wine on the cheap side, it's an OK place. If looking for real treats, like more expensive wines or a wide choice of, say, green wines, you're very much in the wrong place.”

“They seem to always have whatever I am looking for. As for the employees they seem to be nice and usually in a good mood especially in comparison to other SAQs. I can tell that their first language is French but they're so nice to the point that they will speak English with you without any attitude ?It's a big deal because it's unusual at many SAQs”

“La conseillère était très sympathique, je recherchais la Rose Framboise que j'avais acheté dans une autre SAQ et je l'aie trouvée. Ensuite, en tant que client j'ai aidé à rassurer une cliente qui avait passé la caisse juste avant moi. Sa carte de crédit était sur le point d'expirer et quand elle a fait son paiement je lui dis que son paiement a passé car je reconnaissais le son du terminal quand n'importe qui tape avec sa carte de crédit. Ensuite ma transaction a passé comme une lettre à la poste et le caissier était heureux de voir que mon sac était bien caché dans ma poche.”
