“I received exceptional customer service today from Caroline R. at the framing department. I had some mini hockey banners on the site for the last 15 years.I decided to go to Michael’s just to see some empty frames of how I can arrange those, but I was getting discouraged. Caroline provided me with a couple of suggestions and she also found frame for me. Also, Caroline explained that she could finish the job today. I received same-day service and I’m happy of how those mini banners look now in my sports room. Merci encore Caroline.”
