“Fantastic source for A0/copy shop sized pattern printing (colour and black&white). No problem selecting only specific layers, and always print with the correct scaling. They “get” us sewists! Super nice too - and check in before printing if there’s anything weird about the order, including if the request is going to be expensive. Of course, they can also print the instructions on regular letter sized paper. The only reason I’m not giving them a 5-star is that I wish they could print patterns on tissue or translucent paper; they can only print on conventional printer paper. There doesn’t seem to be anyone in Canada who does that (only a few in US, UK, etc) and it would be so nice if someone could since see-through paper works much better for pattern layout.”

“Staff greet you without being particularly pushy; a good amount of them know where products are. I've personally always ended up going there with a product already in mind but the staff is knowledgeable about various art mediums, and when I did ask about where products were, they seemed pretty helpful. A lady allowed me to buy the Faber Castell Ecco Pigment for the erroneously advertised price of $3.99, even though the actual price was recently changed to $5.99. That was a huge service done to me, and it shows the employees here have integrity. Lots of different tools and supplies for practically any kind of art medium; this is the place I've picked up my faber castell polychromos and where I can pick up some great paper”
