“Great service; the receptionist, Chaeley, and a guy who usually wore a hat when I met him are amazing. They put in great effort and accommodated my case so that I could get my car back right before my trip, although the delivery of some parts was delayed by a week (it’s not their fault).
My car looks like new after all since they also washed it nicely.
Personally, I’m happy with the service they provided to me, but maybe they should consider the vendor who kept pushing the delivery behind.”

“I would like to thank the staff who prepare (pressure wash, brush with soapy water) the car before automatic cleaning. On weekdays, especially before 1:00 p.m. the employee who has been there for quite a long time is very polite and takes special care to do an excellent job. For young people who often work Saturdays and Sundays, they are arrogant, sometimes rude and often impose the payment of tips. If you say no to tipping the prep before the car wash, the job is done in a hurry and often incomplete. This kind of service is unacceptable. I have been a regular customer for many years.”
