“I went to a few different local shops around Ottawa to get quotes and options for repairing the trunk on my 2017 Chrysler 300S. Most of the other shops gave me the immediate runaround—either quoting absurd out-of-pocket prices, offering half-measures that wouldn't last, or refusing to take the time to navigate the headache of third-party extended warranty claims.
Everything changed when I brought the car to Point S (Triole Automotive Group) and dealt with the bodyshop manager, Adam.
From day one, Adam was a complete breath of fresh air. Instead of pushing me off, he personally took ownership of the entire situation. When my warranty provider (First Canadian / Platinum Shield) tried to limit coverage and deny line items, Adam didn't back down. He personally picked up the phone, spoke directly to the adjuster, and worked out a solution to get the entire job covered so I paid $0.00 out of pocket.
He sourced a replacement decklid, had it prepped and painted in their booth to match my factory PX8 Pitch Black paint flawlessly, and carefully transferred all my OEM components—including my factory spoiler, backup camera, and internal latch wiring—without missing a single detail.

Ziad was punctual to the minute, professional, thorough, friendly, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work.
Now, in the interest of full transparency: my car did not simply “need a clean.” I’ve had her for years, through dogs and now a three-year-old. When I started emptying everything out before the appointment, I realized just how bad things had gotten. 😂 She didn't need detailing. She needed inpatient care and rehabilitation. Just a few minutes before he showed up, I took my son's car seat out so the seat underneath could be cleaned... That was the moment so realized I might have catfished these guys with my description of the state of my car. I expected the quotes price to double... And surprisingly, it did not.
Ziad showed up, assessed the situation without visibly judging my life choices, put his headphones on, and went into absolute laser-focus mode. At one point, I watched this man pull individual dog hairs out with his fingers because they refused to come out by any other method. That is a level of commitment I simply was not prepared for.
The transformation is honestly incredible.The price was completely fair, especially considering the amount of work my poor vehicle required after being aggressively overdue for a proper detail.
This was one of those rare occasions where you click on a random Facebook ad and it works out way better than you could have imagined. Green flags from the very first contact right through to the finished product.
I’m extremely happy to recommend them and will absolutely be back for maintenance detailing.

“So far, so good. I had two services with them, and they are very helpful, polite and fast. Accuracy in diagnoses and good work performance. Today, they changed the stabilizer bar links and the car is smooth again. On the top of that, free car replacement until the job is done, and every repair is guaranteed for 1 year or 20,000km, stated on the bill. Also, last week they helped me with a flat tire in 10 minutes, because I was in a hurry, and they not even asked me if I was a regular customer, just did it right away, guys saved my day. Highly recommended.”
“This place is awesome. I have been looking for a hand car wash, and the field is awash with shady outfits, outfits that no longer exist, outfits that want all your details and then give you “a quote”, and outfits that are way too expensive.
These guys on the other hand are very affordable, quick, and great quality. I had an outside wash done And they were thorough and friendly. And it was only $20. (So I tipped another $5.) 😁 Recommended!”
