“The most amazing service!! I was recently trying to find a particular dress in a smaller size than the one my daughter purchased at an Ottawa area store since it was just a big too big. I called at least 4 other locations and no one had the smaller size in stock. A wonderful associate at this store named Bella went above and beyond to locate this dress for me. It wasn’t in stock at her location but she knew a sister store was opening the next day and they would have inventory. She made arrangements for me to be able to get the dress from her location! We were in a real time crunch and she saved the day. A HUGE thank you Bella!”
