“I have been shopping at this store for both my children and grandchildren, so It has been many years. The prices, selection, and staff have always been delightful. A friend of mine visited this location yesterday, but didn’t want to write a review herself because what she witnessed, she found disturbing. There was a man who had an issue with something and wasn’t getting what he wanted. He became irate with the staff, Used foul language, raised his voice, and further abused them by hitting them with the clothes he was holding. Just as sales people are not allowed to speak to their customers that way, nor should the customers be allowed to be so incredibly disrespectful and abusive. There was no security on site and he threatened the girls as he left. Totally despicable.”

“I only had to go to one place for a souvenir this time around. Normally I go to about 5-6. This place is filled with amazing clothes and souvenirs. The clothing is almost every average girl and boys closet dream. They have basic t-shirts long sleeve and short. They have hoodies and sweaters. Magnets and jewelry. This place is the perfect spot to find a perfect souvenir and or gift. I highly recommend and will be visiting again! Love you crazy moose❤️.”
“I made my very first purchase off of 'Tickled Pink' today, and I am so pleased to have discovered them! I purchased a beautiful pewter piece, proudly made in Canada. Prior to purchase, I called and spoke with the loveliest lady (thank you Jill!) who answered my questions and assured me of the quality of the item. Furthermore, she was kind enough to make mention that if it was a gift to make a note upon checkout, because she would handle it accordingly by removing the price tag and adding special tissue paper. “I want to give a big shout out to this amazing store and how extremely pleased we were with Nichole who made our gender reveal so special.
We entered the store yesterday and asked Nichole if she would mind being a part of our gender reveal as we wanted to keep it intimate and personal. She was overjoyed and super excited and has mentioned that this is the second time she has gotten this opportunity, and how she would be over the moon to do it which made us so happy. We then handed her our gift bag and tissue paper and the paper with the enclosed gender and headed on shopping. Once we found our outfits for the reveal we left them on the counter for her and she packed up the bag with the proper outfit for the reveal, as we continued to browse around the store. She did an amazing job wrapping our special gift and even enclosed a beautiful note for us to read when opening.
Her enthusiasm and kindness made our day so perfect and we will never forget how special it was.

“In my opinion, the stuff in this store is way better than the stuff in the regular Gap stores. More my style, at least. They carry a lot more classic basics rather than “trendy”-styled clothes. Store has a nice layout, staff is friendly.”

“Great clothing store. I Always stop by this place whenever I am in Ottawa.
They have all the OG streetwear brands that other stores don’t carry anymore (which is what I’m looking for). Great customer service, the older gentleman will help you with whatever it is that you’re looking for. They even knocked the price down for me by $10 when I bought two shirts there recently.”

“Amazing Customer Service when buying a Suit for my 12 years old son today at Growing Kids Billing’s Bridge. After going to multiple stores to find a right size (adult size pants and kids size shirt and vest) for multiple days, I was unable to get the right size. I was served by Elizabeth. She spent time and effort trying to get the right size. Going back and forth to storage and trying on multiple different selections to meet our needs and wants. I had almost lost faith in customer support in Retail but my faith is restored in genuine service to customers. Great job Elizabeth and a heartfelt thank you for your patience and service.”
