“My son Owen and My Daughter Emily who is 5 are both in LOVE with Matty B raps and we wanted to see if his SICK merch was in stock! Unfortunately it wasn't and we were very sad. I thought it was over but ha, it wasn't. We came back later in the week and found a single matty b raps shirt! My kids FOUGHT over that piece of clothing lemme tell ya. My husband Drake Malloy was out of town so he couldn't see the madness but I shared pics and videos with him about the rapture”

“GREAT plan for souveniers & Ottawa / Canada t-shirts. Prices are the best - we paid $10 for a t-shirt that was on sale and it's high quality, very comfortable. They have a great selection of t-shirts, sweat shirts, hats and lots of souveniers. Store is very well organized and not at all crowded or crammed full of stuff. The staff was super friendly. Although we didn't get any, the ice cream and gelato looked AMAZING! Next time we visit, we're getting some!”

She was so cheery and happy to be helping us which made both my moms and my day. We need more people like her in customer service jobs!”

“I went to Mountain Warehouse today with my son. They had the friendliest and most helpful service! My son even got a jolly rancher for 'helping' at the end of the transaction :). I would recommend this location in particular to anyone. As for Mountain Warehouse themselves, quality of their clothing is very good and so are the deals if you can catch one of their bigger sales!”

“This review is really for TJX because the associates I dealt with at Southkeys Winners were not keen on listening to my issue and just handed me a business card to contact TJX. I had a $50 gift card with proof of purchase, that was declined and left my purchase behind. The process was time consuming as it underwent an investigation but TJX came through and provided me with a new gift card. I haven't used it yet but I assume it is good. A Manager had to be present to confirm my identity and collect the original gift certificate and receipt, she was very irritated and abrupt with the sales staff (who was very pleasant) and after collecting the appropriate info from me, she just left her staff and myself and went on to the next task. I expected some enthusiasm and maybe to hear "I am so happy we were able to resolve the issue" and maybe "have a great day" or "thank you for your business." The Manager showed no customer service skills, at least not that day. I am still giving 5 stars because I promised TJX I would!!!”
