At first I was disappointed that the staff are unable to give recommendations on cutting lengths, but given how many customers in other reviews have used this against them it makes sense that they don’t want to be liable. They have however given me several inches(up to half a meter!) more material than what I paid for each of my visits!! So I can’t complain!!

“Purchased love seat June 2 and delivery was to be in 3-4 months. It is now mid October and I cannot get anyone to reply to my requests about delivery date. Were very courteous and friendly while purchasing but after sales service it terrible. Have gone to Palliser with a complaint and maybe I will get something from them.
La Detente has taken care of my situation with speed and to my satisfaction. I have had other experiences with this store and was always satisfied. I am now another satisfied customer.”
