“First time using this storage place. I selected and interior storage that is heated and secure with access card and padlock. Very clean. The staff were very nice and very helpful. Easy access to large door and dollys to move the stuff to the storage lockers. Very satisfied so far and will definifely recommend place. The bonus for me is that is 3 minutes from my place!”

“Yasser and his crew were on time and got the job done on a budget. The price quoted was the price charged even though the move took a bit longer than expected. These guys worked hard and didn't stop until the job was done. They didn't even charge for "travel time" which is something that most companies try to charge you for. These guys have a heart of gold even if they may come across as a bit direct. Keep in mind that you are not paying to have your hand held, you are paying to have your stuff moved. If you are looking for a Cadillac moving company with white glove service, this is not it. But if you are looking for a reliable, affordable move, look no further.Services: Local moving”
“It’s unfortunate that I can’t give CTS Ottawa Movers more than 5 stars. During our move, the weather got really bad and it started to get rainy with some wind so the roads got all muddy, however CTS Ottawa movers placed runners and blankets all around the house to keep it clean and managed to get our move done without any scratches or damages to our hard wood flooring. Our moving was really big and should have took 3 trips in the truck however, Mr. Matt and his crew made it possible in 2 trips which saved us a lot of money. One of Matt’s movers was a very clever, strong and well rounded person. His name is Sam. He’s very knowledgeable and an experienced mover. He first started working for Sam’s Moving, and now he works for CTS Ottawa. Surprisingly at the end of the move, Mr. Matt brought with him a beautiful rose flower as a gift to congratulate us for our new house. All my family was grateful and appreciative to Mr. Matt and Sam. I would greatly recommend anyone that reads this review books their move with this company as they go above and beyond.PS: Mr. Matt is now my best friend”

“Fantastic experience with Penske Ottawa location. The staff at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had everything we needed for our rental. We probably asked for 15 different accommodations to our reservation the two gentlemen at the front desk did everything in their power to deliver on every one. Also, they never once seemed annoyed with us, even when I know our requests were a bit much. They delivered on every front. This level customer service was what all Penske locations should strive for. I will 100% use Penske Ottawa truck rental for my future truck rental needs. :D”
