“Recently I was at this jean coutu and was told to go to reception for the bathroom key. I wasn't sure where the reception was so I politely asked a laboratory clerk for help and she didn't seem happy as if I was disturbing her. She told me: << it's not a key but a code >> but I didn't know since I was told a key. When she was doing the door code, she let out a big sigh.I gave 4 stars because I usually have good service but I am simply disappointed with this experience.”
“Cette pharmacie offre le meilleur service que j’ai jamais reçu, tous les employés sont professionnels, serviables et très accueillants. Contrairement au plus grosse pharmacie, leur service est très personnel, ce sont même eux qui m’appelle lorsque mes prescriptions sont à être renouveler. Ils font des recherches pour répondre à toutes sortes de questions concernant la santé. Ils ont fait des suivis lorsqu’un nouveau médicament a été ajoutés à mes prescriptions et devrait être pris progressivement. Ils vont aussi la livraison à domicile et n’hésites pas à ajouter des produits sur la tablette, si demandé. Je vous recommande cette pharmacie! Je leur donne un 1010 ! P.S. Le service de livraison est aussi exceptionnel.”

“I called yesterday mid-afternoon to get an emergency appointment for unbearable ear pain with the nurse on site. In less than 5 minutes I managed to get an appointment within the hour.
Arriving there, I was treated to a warm, human and caring welcome from the nurse.
She accompanied me throughout the entire process from reception to receiving the prescribed drops.
I loved all of the professional service provided at this pharmacy.
