While the staff is nice, the branch is usually severely understaffed. Not only that, the online banking options like cheque deposits often fails so you’re forced to go to the counter for unfrozen funds.

I have been doing business with bmo for a good 2 years and personally always good service, welcoming and courteous also at least I don't feel like a number

The last time I went, six months ago, not only were they unable to help me or answer my questions, but they told me that I was not the owner of the building for which I introduced myself. I almost lost consciousness.
