“I brought in my newly bought and scratched up Tacoma to get polished last week and I was greeted by Ryan, the OCD demi-god polish expert guy. He did a test spot on my truck and gave me a more than reasonable quote that l I gladly accepted. Little did I know I was about to experience the best customer service of my life (it’s all downhill from here).
All along, Ryan kept me updated of his tedious process of bringing my car back to life. Saying he went the extra mile would be lying to you : he went the extra around the globe.
From measuring paint depths, to incorporating wet sanding, to removing door handles, to doing extra work (ex: polishing my headlights without me asking), this experience kept surprising me every step of the way.
The work he did with the attention to detail he put forward would have EASILY cost me twice as much elsewhere and I doubt anyone else could have done as much of a good job.
I’ll ad a picture of the polishing process he sent me to show you just how good of a job he did.

“A mechanic who seemed VERY professional to me when I first came. I appreciate exact measurements and the truth about my self. Mechanic who seems very honest to me in the end. But, the future will tell me.However, I find the experience I had a little expensive. I understand that doing things the right way (finally) has a price. Perhaps offer customers other options; as my tank is old, there is no point in putting top quality on it. So I would have liked to have been offered it, because the bill is expensive. It gets cold, despite the quality of the dish...Otherwise, impeccable, really nice, from Adon, Johny lives up to his reputation.
