“The employee was extremely helpful and kind. I had a sneeze spell, and she ran to find tissues for me before I could even ask. Service was fast and straightforward.”
-
1217 Ave Greene AV, Westmount QC H3Z 1P0
“Out of the several post offices within the locale here, I prefer coming to this one if I have the opportunity. The employees are kind and helpful, not to mention there is typically little wait involved. I only wish it would be open a bit more later like some are in the area, as I'd only come here in that instance. :)”

21 Boulevard Georges-Gagné S, Delson QC J5B 2A0
“Visit this place regularly and always have good service, the day manager is very knowledgeable and very kind to customers. Before I went to the other branch in Delson and Saint-Constant but the people were stupid and didn't seem to want to take the time to explain shipping costs etc...For me, these are the best trusted branch in the region!”

1 Pl. Ville-Marie #11230, Montreal QC H3B 3Y0
“I have gone to this Canada Post location multiple times for work-related post issues that required a lot of time and assistance, and the team has been amazing. Sharmila in particular was fantastic. She did everything she could to help me, and even followed up with me on a particularly unique mailing redirect issue to make sure I was in the loop of what was going on, when the call centre gave me incorrect info. Even with a busy line of some very rude customers, she was always kind and professional every time, helping everyone with their issues, and helping her colleagues all at once. Excellent customer service that is so greatly appreciated!”

“They give very good service, conform to Canada Post’s policies and rules. Haters here think they can ship whatever they want however they want. Put your ego aside and learn how the system works before being dramatic and give 1 star reviews.”

“Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews, I’ve been using this post office regularly for a year and staff is always helpful and service speed depends on the number of customers.”
