“Pascal & Louie are great! I went to them for the first time last year to look at the new e-bike models. I still loved my Lafree, but I was looking for a more sporty riding position. They could have easily pushed me toward one of their newer models, but instead, Pascal suggested that I try changing the handlebars first to see if that would give me what I was looking for. That’s exactly what I did, and it was perfect—exactly what I wanted! It’s so refreshing to deal with a business that isn’t just focused on making a sale, but is genuinely passionate about what they do and takes the time to listen to their customers’ needs. This is the only store I’ll be going to for any of my future bike needs. Highly recommend Pascal & Louie!”

“This is not my first review of this shop, but after my most recent experience, I just had to update my review. I would give them 10 stars if I could — 5 stars for the quality of their work and 5 stars for their staff and the way they treat their customers. I originally came here for adjustments to my e-trike brakes and derailleur. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and the work was done quickly and professionally. I was very impressed with the service. More recently, they helped me with a much more complicated problem with my trike. They took the time to thoroughly investigate the problem, inspect the differential and bearings, and fix the issue properly. Their knowledge and attention to detail really impressed me. They are also very honest and fair with their pricing, which I really appreciate. This is the best bike repair shop in the area, and I highly recommend them. Even if you have a shop closer to you, you won’t regret going the extra mile to come here. It’s definitely worth it! Thank you to the whole team for the great service!”

“Bought a gently used $20 bike for my 5 y/o and they fine tuned it, cleaned it and made sure the seat was perfectly adjusted to his height. Great service and very nice team!”
