5 teller desks, 2 tellers, 15 people in line as always you need at least 30 min to do any simple transaction that you cant do at an atm !!

Horrible waiting times for cashier transactions. And believe me i do 99.5% of my banking online. I avoid going in like a bad flu but sometimes you have to.
The service is good once they care for you but chronic lack of staff is debilitating and should be remediated

Put 5 stars since my first time there. Had a new request for my son that was handled quickly by the teller and then an advisor. No issues, great service and problem solved.
