If I could give a zero I would right now. As per management and employees knowing what there doing not that good Cory is ok . But the rest unprofessional. Still waiting for a call back . I have sent an email and waiting for a call back from the branch manager ..... Sorry I have emailed the email below twice as well at yet to still hear back ... Is the message that you send out just a generic or will someone call back . Please advise

Friendly service from Daniel, kind and courteous, keeps calm despite my stack of checks and the long queue. A little long before being served though. There is a lack of employees in relation to traffic.

Staff is friendly enough but the wait time is crazy. I don’t do much banking with BMO but noticed they tend to take a very long time with each client. They were able to help me with my request but I spent 30 minutes there between the wait in line and my interaction with the teller. I work in banking and overheard the conversations the tellers were having with clients - they don’t seem to care and don’t know much. (Overheard a teller instructing an older client to ask his power of attorney about account information. This is not a good sight as they clearly did not want to help him at all with information accessible to them, unlike they’re pressed for time anyways. A poor sight to see. Another didn’t seem to understand a client making a bank draft and depositing it into another client’s account as a third party). Would not go back.

They don’t care about service speed at all. Worst branch ever. 6 ppl I queue and only 2 employees working in counter. Have been waiting here forever. I have to give a credit to RBC, they will ask and filter you during the waiting time. In BMO, you paying the service for nothing! Oh yes, they can multitasking for gossip or talking not service the customers. Please be effective when you service your client if you see a huge lineup. It takes 20-30 minutes to server one client

This is the absolute worst BMO branch I have ever dealt with. The counter employees are great, but anyone else in the back is terrible. Especially over emails and support. Constantly chasing after them for answers, they constantly fogger about you. O do my business banking with them but am I VERY seriously looking to change banks. The service is TERRIBLE.
