“I’ve been at 30 Minute Hit for a year now and I truly see a difference. I originally joined for my mental health and stress, and it’s become my safe outlet to release everything. As a hijabi, having a women’s-only gym makes me feel so comfortable and confident. The best part is definitely the staff , they are incredibly caring. They remember your routine, what you’re working on, and what you want to improve. They genuinely look out for you, correct your form, and make sure you’re training safely (which I need because I injure myself often ?). 30 Minute Hit has become a community for me, not just a workout. I 100% recommend it if you’re looking for a supportive, friendly, and empowering environment.”

“I am a member since first week of opening .everything was perfect until June 2025 when we start working out in a gym without air-conditioning
We were hoping they fix the air-conditioning which wasn't fixed untill winter which you don't need that anymore .now it's been almost one week there is no hot water and they don't even care they just post a sign saying no hot water.as a business man and running my own business I know these problem can be fixed in one or two days you just have to pay the cost for repair.whixh in this case no body even care.i gave 4 star to not having much effect on your business score but we need you to hear us because the people at the desk just don't care .
