“I don’t usually write reviews for pharmacies, but Dunia at the Pharmaprix on St. Charles truly deserves recognition. I stopped by the beauty counter after my visit to Canada Post and was warmly greeted by Dunia with a bright smile. She was so friendly and approachable that I ended up chatting with her for about 45 minutes. She was not only helpful but also incredibly personable. I’ve been to this store many times, but this was the first time I received such a warm welcome. Dunia truly makes you feel valued as a customer and is a breath of fresh air compared to other customer service experiences. She’s an absolute asset to the team!

“A wonderful Uniprix pharmacy on St. Charles in Kirkland! There is always a welcoming atmosphere and professional service. I was buying perfumes for gifts recently and had a pleasure to meet Anna Maria — she is managing cosmetics division of the store, very knowledgeable about cosmetics and helpful. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. The sales associate, Kateryna, is absolutely lovely and very pleasant to talk to. She is such a beauty, smiling, attentive, and kind.
I would also like to mention the prices, very close to online, and they offer a flexible discount system. Overall, a very positive experience. I am always happy to come back!”
