They are not short on staff, always serve you pretty quickly, and the pharmacist make themselves pretty available, when you need to discuss certain issues, or just call to ask a few questions. I really like that they recognize me, wether I call or show up, and remember my specific needs or issues. They also have an impressive efficiency, when it comes to delivery, and could even fix me something last minute, when I really needed it, while a huge place like Jean Coutu didn’t manage to do it. “I just switched to this pharmacy and the staff are so friendly! They made the process easy for me and even came over to me where I was looking at sponges to let me know my meds were ready. The head pharmacist let me fill my pain management early so I can enjoy Christmas and Hanukkah with my partner and not worry about rushing home for when they open after Christmas just for my medication. I walk with a cane and am legally blind, I guess was obvious I was having a hard time navigating an unfamiliar store with my arms full of stuff so a really sweet staff member helped me carry everything over to the till. She was really nice and made me laugh, I felt a VIP or something. ? I also noticed when shopping the staff seemed to overall be laughing together, saying hi and smiling at each other as they worked. Helping each other and chatting as they worked (not in a lazy way but good vibes and keeping productive way.) I do not work there so can't say anything for fact how staff are treated. But they seemed much more relaxed and happy than other pharmacies this busy time of year. As a customer I would rather see the employees laughing together or even chatting than stressed out and alone on shift, makes the whole experience more relaxed. I am glad I made the change to this pharmacy for sure. Especially for anyone trans, intersex or disabled they accommodated above and beyond down to only putting my given name not legal name on my bottles without me asking, they asked me first ?”

A special mention to Mr. Harroch, the pharmacist. He takes the time to explain things clearly, answers questions without rushing, and you can tell he actually cares about patient safety and follow-up. That kind of attention makes a big difference and is honestly rare these days.
Prescriptions are handled smoothly, communication is clear, and the overall atmosphere is calm and well managed. This pharmacy sets a high standard, and it’s the main reason I continue coming back.
