After 2 years of waiting for the retailer, I finally decided to call Bugati Design directly who immediately took action and came to take my chairs, change the leather and return my chairs which are now like new and even better. However, a cut on an inside arm was noticed after the employees left. No problem, I contacted them and after a few email exchanges they remade an arm cover and came to change it for free.
