In all that time, they treated us with complete courtesy and respect. They were like friends, really. Very small staff turnover, same wonderful manager. Today I had to sell my car to them because my husband had passed recently and I have started to have health problems. Replacement car was provided, rear bumper was painted very nicely and installed properly, communication was very polite and clear.I had a special request to paint a part of front bumper that I provided myself. They painted the part and even installed, I was very surprised as they went above and beyond my request. Previously delt with another garage with my other car, believe me I know how terrible experience and unprofessionalism look like. This is not about SPINELLI Lachine. “These guys were a life saver! We thought it would be a simple ball joint replacement but because of rust and other factors it was a way bigger job than expected and they stayed open late for me. I had to leave on a road trip the next day and instead of telling me they had to close and I would come back another day, they went beyond my expectations and got the job done even though it was after 5 on a Friday.
