Every time I called him, most times stressed and panicked, Gerry remained patient, kind and delivered on everyone of his promises. The guy worked so hard due to a reduction in staff that he literally made himself physically ill. As the world grows increasingly unreasonable with its expectations of wanting everything NOW, I am worried that family run businesses like Gerry's will be unfairly impacted by such impatience. In my opinion, they are doing a great job and I have my house, built during global shortages, to prove it!”

I picked up my sister In law at a seniors home for she hasn't been out for a long long time and she has Alzheimer's and dementia. The home contacted me for she needed new clothes. When we arrived in Lachute walmart they where asking for vacines. To my suprise my sister in law did not have it on her. Therefore I contacted the home for thembto foward her vacines to me on my phone in which they did. We went back in and again where sent away fir she had no ID that this was her. Now she had all 3 vacinnes and I explained she was from a home. Never the less we where turned back again the second time around. What is this world coming to where you can no longer go shopping. I understand protocols and presedures but this is going to far.A big 0 stars to Lachute Walmart. Hawkesbury keep up the fantastic work.”
