“Wow wow and wow again. We have just received our order of wood delivered by Patrick Morin from Lachute. It's a pleasant experience from A to Z. We had ordered online, but wanted to add some stuff. The head cashier Julie was a gem and added everything and above all she put a lot of effort into accommodating us for a change in delivery date. Whether it was Richard the dispatcher or our delivery man, everyone was super friendly and accommodating. PM even added an extra board because one was slightly damaged. Honestly, what a pleasure it was to do business with them.”

“I started building my house back in 2020 during the whole Covid crisis. As the world was falling apart the one thing I could rely on was Gerry who is one of the owners at this local hardware store. Every time I called him, most times stressed and panicked, Gerry remained patient, kind and delivered on everyone of his promises. The guy worked so hard due to a reduction in staff that he literally made himself physically ill. As the world grows increasingly unreasonable with its expectations of wanting everything NOW, I am worried that family run businesses like Gerry's will be unfairly impacted by such impatience. In my opinion, they are doing a great job and I have my house, built during global shortages, to prove it!”
