“My wife and I have been long-time TD Bank customers and have been visiting the branch on boul. Newman in LaSalle for many years.
Our visits are usually for routine matters, such as paying bills. However, on one particularly cold day, we were assisted by Hailey, and we felt compelled to share how positive that experience was.
Hailey helped us quickly and professionally, but what truly stood out was her genuine kindness and care. Her warm and friendly attitude made us feel welcome and truly brightened our day, despite the freezing weather outside.
