“The place is generally good, but the shop owner is not as friendly to some customers compared to others. He probably thinks some of us can’t afford anything when we come there considering how he looks at you! Sir, by the time someone comes to your shop it means they have money to buy and should be treated with respect. I commend the older lady and the older gentleman, they are so polite. The son should learn from them. And I have the 4 stars because of them.”
“Produce is good but expensive unless there's a particular special. Otherwise, I love Tondreau for when I want to spoil myself or others with ~fancier~ products. Expect to find items you may not find at other grocery stores!”
“Chu of Italo Egyptian origin and I found here everything I was looking for, variety of fruits and vegetables, traditional products, Greek cheese and olives!! I've been living in the area for 8 years and the quality has never changed, also the price is really reasonable!! Thanks Steve ?”
“Customer for a dozen years at the Mercier fruit shop. I often find what I'm looking for, cheaper than at the local grocery store. Very happy to have this business nearby. Really friendly staff!”
“I love doing my grocery shopping from here all the fruits and vegetables are super fresh and it never disappointed me has the best avocado in town, the bread is also amazing if only they had halal meat I would 10000% stop going to big supermarkets. 3 mins wall from my place and the cashiers always greet and remember me which makes the experience even more delightful I highly recommend it ?”
“I love this place!
A bit pricey compared with big grocery stores, but everyone here smiles and they are so nice .
It s worthy supporting such local family businesses ?”
“Great selection of products and wonderfully fresh ones at that. I made a few delicious discoveries there and would warmly recommend it to anyone who enjoy good food. The prices are more than fair.”

“I love this fruit store/hypermarket which is a few steps from the Outremont metro station! They have many different varieties. In summer we see the beautiful bouquets of flowers outside which inspire us! They also have lunches already prepared at low prices! I highly recommend this place.”
“Best blueberries!!! And their open 24 hours! Great news for a rushing traveller trying to see everything! Staff are super friendly and the prices are very reasonable! Coming here next time I’m in Montréal!”
“Absolutely adorable little market with fresh fruits and cheese and a basic selection of other high quality essentials. Reminded me of a quaint market on an island like Nantucket.”
“Very nice
And soo clean for a desi shop, very refreshing

I was looking for these jelly cups everywhere

Soo many nice Indian stuff
Kind staff

“ALLWAYS the best quality and service!
and the best food in MTL
Tried their new BREAD PUDDING. Fantastic!!
They improved their Beef Lasagna. More meat. Great!”
“Really nice produce style. Huge, fresh selection of produce. Quick service. And prices are reasonable. They also have flowers here and snacks like chips, chocolate and candies.”
“This is the only place for a few years now that I get my honey. It comes in various sizes and I normally pick it up by the bucket. It is value for money. There is a variety of honey with different taste and wild flowers is my favourite. In addition to honey, they sell all kinds of squash and very competitively priced. Now my new fav is garlic from Quebec. They sell 2 for $5 and trust me, they are worth it. They are huge size and when you cut them in small pieces and fry them, they become crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. It is our new discovery. Garlic that you get from your regular super markets will never come close. This stall is located in Marche Atwater in the open section at the very end of the market.Well worth a visit. The lady is exceptionally nice!”
“From 7 a.m., staff always ready, products always fresh! Several comparable on the board but far unbeatable owe this success mainly to the owner who between them are a team of fire bravo to them and their team”
“Nice neighborhood shop. They have a good rotation on products and friendly staff. Located on Monk boulevard for as far as I can remember. My go to place for fruits and vegetables since IGA next door has a poor selection.”
“Great fruiterie and has a few bargains!
I always pick up baguettes from here because they're cheaper than the Metro grocerie thats 50 feet away.”

“Fruits and vegetables in large quantities at incredible prices ideal for large grocery stores for large families..as well as butchers in the same center, restaurants and fishmongers and even pastries place”
“Very good grocery store and above all very good butcher. I made couscous with the meat recommended by the butcher, we enjoyed it ?. The caterer is also excellent, especially their enpeniadas.”
“Best fruit, vegetables and cold cuts. Very nice people working there. I recommend this small store, packed with excellent products. It has its own parking space, and they also have free delivery (ask before shopping because they have a schedule for this).”
