I went to the LaSalle store and Katy treated my request as if it was her own fridge, I am more than 100% satisfied. She helped me to get a loan fridge, to contact the insurance and to replace my damage one. with out a doubt I will continue to buy at this store. Bravo Mike and Katy you guys are amazing! “I love the service i received here. But i removed 1 star because of the young blonde chubby one, didn’t seems to know much about their products and offers . She made me feel like I’m unwanted and that she was way too busy at the cash register to pass me.She gave me a Sephora worker vibe. I don’t think she is fit to work at the Linen Chest.”

“We love our soft couch! So comfortable I fall asleep there almost every night. It took about 2-3 months before it got back in stock, which was okay because we ordered it enough in advance to arrive when we wanted it to. With all the COVID delays this was not surprising. Their policy was great as well. We were able to cancel any time if we wanted to. Only had to put a small deposit until it came in. I don’t know why people are complaining about the service here, the workers were all friendly and helpful.”
