Good value for money. The furniture delivery people are friendly and always on time. They sent us the wrong chair once and managed to replace it within 2 weeks.

In June 2022, I wrote an email to the Structube store in Lasalle to explain to them my dissatisfaction with my order of chairs, all of whose legs were moldy and pitted because they had certainly been stored on a puddle of water. They are not recoverable, and I have never heard back from them.

You can find some nice pieces here and there at good prices but their customer service needs serious help! Almost not worth the cheap prices. Someone needs to tell them about ‘omnichannel customer experience’.
