I came to this location during the Christmas rush with an issue regarding a previous order. Even though the store was extremely busy, William took the time to help me and went above and beyond to resolve the problem. You don't see customer service like this very often!

I think it's the assistant manager or the manager (the young one) but wow she serves every time. Truly exceptional, I highly recommend and I don't understand this gentleman is not a manager, he loves what he does
