About Oberson
Oberson is a well-regarded business known for its extensive selection of outdoor sports gear, including downhill ski clothing and bicycles. Customers appreciate the knowledgeable staff, with particular praise for employees like Lea and Yannick, who provide expert guidance and personalized service. Many long-time clients value Oberson’s reputation as a trusted name in the industry, often feeling like part of a family that cares about their needs over the years.
Although the in-store experience is generally positive, some customers have encountered issues with online orders, such as mislabeled products and lack of response to inquiries. However, shipping is typically quick, and return processes are made easier with provided labels. The store also offers a good variety of replacement parts for sports equipment, ensuring a convenient experience for repairs.
While some warranty claims have led to frustration due to communication lapses, the company has shown responsiveness when issues are escalated. Overall, Oberson is recommended for its excellent service and dedication to helping customers choose the right equipment for their outdoor adventures.

An institution in Laval. They now sell running shoes and bikes!

Ski and gear rental and sales in the winter, mountain/bikes in the summer. In season the wait for the ski rental can get quite long. Equipment is decent. Overall the clothing is on the expensive side, but they have a liquidation section with some real deals.

Walked in determined to update my downhill ski clothes but had no idea what to choose from Oberson's amazing collection. Lea really knows what she is doing. She listened and brought out exactly what I was looking for and was able to answer all my questions and needs.
Thank you Oberson and special thanks to Lea.
