He exceeds my expectations and experiences of customer service. He quickly sorted out a price discrepancy and honored the best price. Usually, you can get alot of pushback from stores amd employees in this situation but he handled it with the customers best interest! “I have trouble finding shoes that fit my specific needs (wide, cushion, depth, etc.) The sales clerk heard me out and brought the shoe I asked for but also mentioned he felt another model would be a better fit. He then brought said model ... and he was right. Excellent knowledge, friendly, informative & very pleasant.
