“Koohinoor is the best supermarket where you can find local Middle Eastern type groceries with Halal meat, chicken and fresh fish. All spices could be found here, and the fruits are tasting amazing with the similar price range as Sami Fruit and Costco.
The staff are super helpful with finding and choosing the items. The prepared food are also available with a nostalgic confectionery.

Friday May 31, 8:25 p.m. I go to IGA Duchemin on Blvd Le Corbusier Laval. I'm at the counter for the lottery. The gentleman who greets me is the manager on duty I believe, and his name is Shaun Buckley. I'm a little stuck with time and submit a group lottery form to Mr. Buckley. He answered me: "You know that we don't do a personalized group formula for customers as such? I mentioned to him that it's a service offering that Loto Québec offers to its customers, and that also , is it a disconcerting operation to activate the terminal? What follows is a rather virile exchange. To this end, I must admit that I had a slightly belligerent tone unlike that of Mr. Buckley who was polite, respectful, courteous. & professional, despite the situation. People in control capable of managing situations with sometimes aggressive customers with often virulent comments. The Duchemin IGA family can be proud to have in their team a man capable of letting his emotions go. in the locker room and being able to rationalize your thoughts in store with customers Finally, I simply wanted to highlight what we no longer see these days: competent people.

“Ça fait des années que vais à cette épicerie, j ai toujours été bien servis avec un sourire, mercredi passé j ai été pour m acheter un jambon qui était en spécial , il n en restait plus, j ai demandé un coupon, la caissière a demandée à une autre dame , la dame a roulée des yeux en disant oui d un signe de tête, c était évidant qu elle était contrariée, je n ai pas appréciée.”
