About Vidéotron
Vidéotron is a business known for its friendly and helpful staff. The employees, such as Mr. Jonathan Beauchamp, are praised for their exceptional service and in-depth knowledge. Customers consistently report feeling satisfied and well-cared for, with one stating they "don't feel like we're being fooled." The Fabreville branch, in particular, is highlighted for its unbeatable prices and unparalleled service, making it the "ultimate mobile solution." However, the Carrefour branch is criticized for its incompetent and inexperienced employees, who were unable to resolve a customer's issue with a defective phone.
