“THIS PLACE SAVED MY HOLIDAY I CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH THEY'RE THE BESTI was on my way to a Jewish holiday service and my bike's back brake broke in a way I couldn't immediately fix. I had a friend look up the nearest shop, and it was 5 minutes away and closing *in 5 minutes*.On Jewish holidays, if you're religious, you can't use cars or transit, and you can't repair things like your bike. So I either needed my bike fixed before the holiday started, or I was gonna be in a lot of logistical trouble, cuz I wouldn't be able to fix it and I had no other way to get back home from the Southwest to my home in parc ex.I got to Cycle Technique right as they were locking the door, but they let me in, spent 5-10 mins on the repair, and then let me bike off to my holiday services. I offered to pay, but they said it was fine and free. SUCH NICE PEOPLE and saved my Jewish New Year celebration. Can't recommend enough!!!!!”
